Danielle Reed
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Meet Danielle Reed - If you are here, chances are you’ve been carrying more than anyone can see. It might be grief that lingers, anxiety that won’t release, anger at the past, relationships that feel harder than they should, or just the general weight of the current state of the world. Maybe you are in a new phase of life, and you are searching for meaning or trying to navigate the transition.
Reaching out for support is a brave step, and you don’t have to do this alone. I provide a comfortable and safe space for exploration and growth. As a therapist, I don’t think that therapy should always have to be hard. We can laugh and have fun while we create a path towards healing, processing, and understanding.
When working with couples, my approach is to help them become healthier individuals, allowing them to reconnect with the role of their relationship. Together, we address family patterns and childhood experiences to understand how they impact our relationships.
I have progressive views on love and sex, and experience working with diverse and non-traditional relationships. Every relationship is different, and I work to create a space where we can honor that.
I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, stress management, grief, divorce, co-parenting, LGBTIA+ issues, and relational conflict. I have extensive experience working with clients who are neurodiverse, including Autism spectrum diagnoses, ADHD or ADD.
With warmth, humor, and compassion, I walk alongside clients through major life transitions or navigate trauma as they step into healthier, more empowered, and whole versions of themselves.
I currently see individuals, families, children as young as 8 years old, couples, as well as any other relationship dynamic.
