About Me

I believe curiosity and empathy are the foundation of meaningful change. The experiences and relationships that shape us often leave us with stories about who we are, what we can expect from others, and how we fit into the world around us. Sometimes those stories help us make sense of our lives; other times, they can leave us feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Therapy offers an opportunity to approach those patterns with curiosity and discover new possibilities for ourselves and our relationships.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in genuine curiosity. I strive to create a space where clients feel accepted, understood, and safe enough to explore difficult emotions, discover new ways of understanding their stories, and move toward the life and relationships they want to build. While every client's journey is unique, I believe lasting change begins when people are able to understand themselves with greater compassion and connect more authentically with others.

While Narrative Therapy provides the foundation for how I understand people's experiences, I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, attachment theory, and other evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
