Insurance & Fees
Do you accept commercial insurance?
Yes! We have clinicians within the collective who are in-network with several major commercial health plans and Medicare networks, including:
Anthem
Aetna
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) / UMR
CareSource
Ascension St. Vincent Employer Network
Partners Direct Health
Medicare
Humana Medicare Advantage
Providers that take Tricare
Robert Moskos, Leah Sinn Iversen , Sydney McSorley, Cathleen Weber,
A Note on Coverage: In-network participation varies by individual therapist, service location, and specific plan details. When you reach out, our administrative team will help verify which clinicians are in-network for your policy.
What if my insurance isn't listed (Out-of-Network)?
If your insurance plan is out-of-network or you choose not to use insurance, you can pay directly for services. Upon request, we provide a monthly itemized receipt called a Superbill. You can submit this statement directly to your insurance company to request potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimates & Transparency
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all self-pay and uninsured clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated costs of non-emergency mental health care before starting services.
Therapy Logistics & What to Expect
How long are sessions?
Standard therapy appointments (both in-person and virtual) run between 45 and 60 minutes. This gives you dedicated, unhurried time to check in, explore challenges, and work toward your goals.
How often will we meet?
Most clients attend sessions once a week, though some meet twice a week or bi-weekly depending on their specific needs, goals, and schedule. You and your clinician will collaborate to find a cadence that feels right for your healing process.
How long does therapy last?
The length of counseling varies for every person because therapy is an organic, highly individualized process. Many clients start therapy to work through a specific challenge—such as a major life transition, anxiety, or relationship stress—and choose to continue long-term as new areas for personal growth naturally unfold.
