Robert Moskos

Rob Moskos is a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical and community-based experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse settings. His practice is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to build on existing resilience and develop practical strategies to overcome challenges.

Dr. Moskos specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using evidence-based interventions to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and achieve meaningful behavioral change. His clinical work integrates CBT with motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and family conflict.

Throughout his career, Dr. Moskos has provided individual and group therapy in schools, outpatient mental health centers, and community settings. His work has included counseling for at-risk youth, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and leading therapeutic groups focused on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and life skills development.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Moskos serves as an Associate Professor of Social Work, where he teaches graduate-level courses in CBT, clinical practice, and motivational interviewing. He is passionate about mentoring future clinicians and advancing evidence-based practices in mental health care.
